Mortgage Minders are proud to participate in various local community projects and fundraising events, and we have included details of some recent events on this page.

LOCAL INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE ADVISERS, 'MORTGAGE MINDERS (LINCOLN) LTD', ARE EXPANDING THEIR CLIENT BANK

Helen Brandon-Snell, Managing Director of 'Mortgage Minders (Lincoln) Ltd' is diversifying into arranging housing for a whole range of new clients – garden birds!!

The Company are donating nest boxes and feeders to the local St Giles Nursery School.

In a reflection of the Independent Mortgage Advice they offer, Mortgage Minders are not only providing housing for one type of garden bird, but are providing different styles of nest boxes, tailored to their individual requirements! Robins, Wrens and Blue Tits will all benefit. There is even a nest box that resembles a little row of terraced houses with 3 boxes attached to each other, designed especially for those sociable Sparrows!

Helen has had links with St Giles Nursery School for a number of years. She has four children, all of whom have attended the school, and her youngest child, Julius, will be leaving at the end of this term. She has been involved with the school on a more formal basis by serving as Vice Chair on the Governing Body until 2004. She has full appreciation and admiration for the Headteacher and her dedicated team. They are truly inspirational and provide the children with an excellent start to their education. As recognition of their excellent work they have just received, for the 3rd consecutive time, an 'Outstanding' Ofsted Inspection Report.

Helen hopes that the nest boxes and feeding tubes will attract a variety of wild birds to the playground, enriching the children's enjoyment in this safe and happy environment, just a little more.
